What is the difference between a quote and a policy?
A quote describes proposed terms subject to its conditions. Confirm acceptance, payment requirements and the effective arrangement with the provider; a website enquiry does not create a policy.
Does a familiar policy name tell me what is covered?
No. Definitions, insured subject matter, exclusions, limits, conditions and endorsements together determine the policy’s scope.
Should I cancel current protection before comparing?
Ask about continuity, acceptance, timing and cancellation conditions first. Do not assume a replacement is in force just because you requested a quote.
Does sending an enquiry buy insurance?
No. It asks the network team to respond. Only a suitable provider can confirm an offer, acceptance and the effective insurance arrangement.
Can I enquire from Canada or the United States?
Choose your actual country and province, state or territory. Provider availability and eligibility depend on the market; sending an enquiry does not establish acceptance.
What should I leave out of the form?
Leave out medical records, government IDs, payment details and policy documents. Share general needs here; use a provider’s secure process if sensitive records are later required.
