Nothing on this site is insurance advice, a quote, an offer of coverage or a determination of insurability. Guides and tools help you prepare facts and questions. Any decision about coverage is made between you and a licensed professional and the insurer.
Your request
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you report. Marking something unknown is always acceptable. You may correct or withdraw your request from the reference you receive.
Availability
Service availability differs by market and is shown before you submit. A request that cannot be routed is stored for you and is not a judgement about your risk.
Acceptable use
Do not submit requests for other people without their authority, submit false contact details, or attempt to access records that are not yours. Rate limits apply to submissions and lookups.
